Over the past few days, there have been rumors that a horrific video exists, and will soon be broadcast in the recesses of the "dark web," in which Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin are seen brutally torturing a child.
Many have been quick to dismiss talk of this alleged document out of hand, believing the so-called debunkers without even considering the evidence. But would they so reflexively wave away similar charges made against "nobodies," as opposed to high-ranking public officials?
